At Transcend Network, we run multiple programs for founders building the future of learning and work, as well as an ongoing founder community.

Every program has an application process, an admissions process, a Notion-based student management tool, ongoing events and experiences, and more.

We are looking for an operationally-minded no-coder who can help us automate these processes and maximize our efficiency

Here are some examples of the type of projects we'll need help with:

• Building a new Fellowship application & admission process
• Create internal communication and process automations
• Crentralize and harmonize all data into notion
• Communications automations
• Re-build our Fellow Hub
• Website automations

This job will be contract-based to start (specific projects that are paid by the hour).

The first project will be to improve the automations of our application and admissions process.

• We currently use Typeform, Notion, Google Sheets, Zapier and Google Calendar to complete this process 👇We capture applications with Typeform, send each applicant's info to Google Sheets, then to Notion (using Zapier).
• We are looking to automate most steps in the process, so the application info can flow in its entirety and seamlessly between apps.
• We estimate this to be a ~10h project, but we are open to changing the scope if needed.

Initial project contract

• 10 hours of work (estimated)
• Pay: ~$15 per hour to start
• Location: Remote
• Potential to complete 3-4 additional contracts in 2021

Potential part-time role (2022)

• Time: 10 hours per week
• Pay: ~$15 per hour to start
• Timezone: team is currently split between 🇪🇸 (GMT+2) & 🇺🇸 (PST, EST). Our company is legally incorporated in the US.
• This position can grow in the coming months from a hourly commitment and compensation perspective. It will likely grow into more hours as part-time or even full-time position at some point in 2022.
